No replacement for a wasted product !

First and foremost, it took forever for this company to ship my items after it took weeks after me purchasing because their orders were backed up what I purchased for I did not receive all what i paid for I purchased the Hair Fibers Combo Kit, and everything was not in my package I have emailed them and also have written them on Instagram and they still have not replied back to my message nor sent me what I paid for. I will advise anyone who's thinking about purchasing from this company. Don't do it their communication is horrible, the only way I would ever purchase for them is if they accommodate me For taking so long! also for not sending me what I paid for! Their their lack of communication is terrible

Customer service sucks

I have not received the item. Although I received an email notification stating that it was delivered, I could not find it at my apartment. I have emailed customer support, but I have not received a response. Could you please help me with this? Thank you.
