I've seen the product itself. Seems to be a good product. However, there's no person to talk to with their customer service. So it makes problem orders difficult to deal with. I never received my order and because. The customer service is email only I'm having a hassle obtaining my refund

poor qaulity, it sheds off leaving little hairs every where , this is the worse product I have used for hair

You never respond to return requests after selling. That’s really unethical.

I reached out for help and haven't heard back
