Very Disappointed – Doesn’t Stick & No Refund Response

Ordered black got brown looking follicles. Doesn’t look ethically real for men of color. Our hair is jet black. Maybe I should of choose jet black Afro lol hmmm. Doesn’t hold as long and as well as it appears in ads. I guess nothing is perfect. Also it will leave hair on your spouses hand if he or she touch your head. Will brush off easily. Had use alit of hold spray.

Didn’t help when my package got stolen had to buy product twice

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The product itself performed extremely poorly and did not live up to the claims on the bottle or in the advertising. It is clearly stated that the product is waterproof/water-resistant, however when I contacted customer service, I was told this only applies to “a very small amount of water,” which completely contradicts their own advertising and labelling. This feels misleading at best. I was also told the product is “easy to use,” yet when I raised issues, the response suddenly changed to suggesting I should go to a professional hairdresser because it’s “not that easy. ” This directly contradicts their own claims and places the blame on the customer rather than addressing the product’s shortcomings. What made the situation worse was the customer service. Instead of listening to feedback or trying to help, they seemed far more interested in defending the product. I was spoken to in a dismissive and insulting manner, repeatedly told that the problem was how I was using it, rather than any fault with the product itself. No genuine attempt was made to understand or resolve the issue. I also requested a formal complaint form five times, and on every occasion I was either ignored or promised one that never arrived. This shows a complete lack of accountability and a clear attempt to avoid complaints rather than address them. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Poor product performance, misleading claims, and unhelpful, disrespectful customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
