Amazing chocolate with valerian root adaptogen!
I have been using CBD mixed with THC chocolates for a while now to relax myself and go to sleep with. These 30mg CBD bars with valerian root mixed have made it so much more relaxing, and I feel I sleep better, without having to mix in some THC! Thanks, Grön!!!

Calming affect
I was taking higher doses of CBD at night but with these chocolates I am able to use the lower dose and sleep great!
