LOVE THESE! They are helping me with pain! Have used at bedtime & woken up not in my usual pain- also I slept better. Also took in the morning & helped me get out of that wake up pain but I didn’t feel sleepy. I will keep using it for now, I combined with using this+ roll on for double help & soothing.
