Like the company, hopefully they’ll refund a broken pump on a 1oz of their Green Roads 750mg cream …. haven’t heard if they’ll credit my account or make me eat the cost of this broken item…. ?

I love this company. We’ve ordered from Green Roads for a long time. Their service is great and delivery is quick. We live in Puerto Rico and our order is always delivered promptly. My only question is why when before the orders shipped straight to us from Florida but now they go all the way to Nebraska from Florida then to Puerto Rico? Just curious.
