i bought this detox twice after reading all of the great reviews, however after the first detox resulted in positive drug tests and again with the second, it has been made clear to me that this detox is definitely not worth the hype or the money. I followed the directions perfectly, including a no carb diet and high cardio and exercise. The shipping was fine and on schedule, but the package was always squished (which may be on the fault of the mail carrier). All in all, not a good experience for me.
