I have received the product without complications. They were well packed and I love the instructions cards included in the box. So you can not miss the right way using them. The only thing was the customs charges for Europe was high. I have used the spritz a few time and my hair likes it. I am looking forward to see the results in a few weeks. I have not used the oil yet but entend to do it soon. I recommend those products and won't stop getting more information from her channel. You are doing great!
