FIVE STARS ! My experience with GREEN ELEMENT was OUTSTANDING in every way ! I love the CBD oils for pets (400mg and 1200 mg). My cat LOVES the CBD pet treats. Customer service was excellent as was delivery. I just started to use the product for my own elderly dog with arthritis and BCD. Her walking is not as stiff and she is not as jumpy/easily spooked as before. I look forward to hearing what my customers have to say!

I am rating great overall because the product is great and the shipping was extremely fast on my first order and I like what I read about your organization on your web site and you are local..and that is stuff that currently is most important to me. Issues: 1. CBD oil for dogs and cats web page doesn't work correctly all the time on my PC (windows 10, chrome). Changed the dropdown to 1200 mg; add to cart; added 400mg...had to reboot cbd page to get it to work correctly this time...last time I was in too much of a hurry and missed that...my fault. 2. As a retired software engineer I don't like pixel tracking because it is typically purposely hidden from users. Do you use that to track everything I do now on the internet or just what I do on your site? Maybe let folks know you are doing that on your front page? I know it is in the privacy policy but most folks don't read that especially since the only link I could find is in the smallest print possible in the footer. 3. I am a Vietnam veteran but am not willing to sign up for govx after reading their terms and privacy notice and all the reviews I could find...unsolicited reviews are pretty much bad. I am curious: how did you vet them? It is somewhat annoying to not be able to get your discount because of another company's perceived issues. 4. I think it would be useful to add your privacy policy as another link in your quick links section...it is a lot harder to find it in the very small print I can't read without glasses at the end of the footer. :)

My 12 year old mix loves her cbd treats, her arthritis pain is so much more manageable. And Green Element has wonderful customer service, they've helped me with my order changes promptly and with a friendly attitude.
