I need my phone call returned to address the problem. Your website says you are open today, but no one has responded to my call in the last two hours.

Like the products but when I tried to see if my products had shipped because the package tracking said they didn't receive the package many days after placing order. I was frustrated that no one got back to me. Over the course of a few weeks someone should've made sure I was all set. They are selling medicine for a serious illness and need to understand that sometimes people buy after they are sick so there is a serious need for communication. I understand this could be a shipping issue, but not responding is not alright I would've liked to know it was all set on their end.
