Little hiccups with shipping, but service overall, like all products has been great for years now. --K

Like the products but when I tried to see if my products had shipped because the package tracking said they didn't receive the package many days after placing order. I was frustrated that no one got back to me. Over the course of a few weeks someone should've made sure I was all set. They are selling medicine for a serious illness and need to understand that sometimes people buy after they are sick so there is a serious need for communication. I understand this could be a shipping issue, but not responding is not alright I would've liked to know it was all set on their end.
