I don't have Lyme, but I do have several other chronic, for-the-rest-of-my-life issues that are driven by inflammation.
After listening to a podcast about the uses of Japanese Knotweed, I decided to try the LB Core protocol, just to see what happened.
A couple of months in, I went on a 3 day, stressful, fast, high pressure trip and remember noticing that I was getting around pretty well, under the circumstances.
But when I got home, I just didn't stick with the routine. Didn't even remember I had one, really. A routine, that is. A few weeks later, I could barely walk.
So I made an effort to stay on top of the protocol. It has been a week of following the doses, and already the pain drama is receding. I look forward to learning how long term use affects my ongoing issues.
