After having the gastric bypass i was advised i need these vitamins for life. After taking them for a year i felt fine so stopped taking them but after 2 wks became sluggish and tired all the time. Now that i’ve been back on them for the past 2 months im back to my old self so i guess it really is doctor knows best.
