The color came out poorly.

I never received the hair dye. I tried to resolve this multiple times through email and it wasn't helpful. They said to go through Route, but Route had no record of my purchase. I didn't even want a refund, just requested a second bottle be shipped so I can at least have what I paid for, and haven't gotten any responses. I had a bad experience with this dye years ago and avoided it like the plague since, but decided to give it a second chance after hearing good things from a friend. It's really disappointing that I'm once again let down by this brand. I really wanted to like it.

Quick and timely shipping but the product its self is sadly not worth it.
