I love GDY products. The shipping is super quick, which I appreciate. I was upset that the Rinse Conditioner was out of stock for so long, but appreciated the free bottle with purchase. The downside was if I added more than one bottle to my purchase, the coupon couldn’t be used, so I had to place multiple orders because I wanted a few bottles of conditioner. Also, the coupons I receive often don’t work, which is frustrating. I have contacted Customer Service via text and they’re unable to assist with coupons. Overall, I love GDY and their products so I continue to shop on the site, but there is room for improvement.
