It’s not y’all, but the service you’re using, UPS. If there’s a way to switch to USPS, pleeeease do 😫🙏🏽 Y’all shipped it out fast, but once it got here locally, they started playin with my stuff! Stuff I’ve been excited and waiting for! They didn’t even attempt to actually deliver it to my address, the tracking info was so inconsistent and non-informing that i had to call to figure out where my stuff was due to incomplete updates. They took it to some check point that was every bit of rude, and that box was beyond smashed up. Like if this were glass or any fragile mail, it’d be broken 😮💨👎🏾 So. As a customer I’m just voicing my concern to have to go through all this, just to get my stuff!
