Bottle defect & unresponsive customer service
I purchased the Mineral Sunscreen Spray (Coco-Mango) on May 26th, 2020. This was my first time choosing this brand and I was excited to use it to see how my sensitive skin would react to it. I think I may have purchased a defective bottle. The first time I sprayed it on, it worked fine - although it did feel like I had to press down hard on the cap to get the spray out. The next day, I tried using it again, but I was no longer able to press down to spray. It was impossible. I reached out to customer service and I received an initial response - but when I asked whether they could send me a replacement, I stopped hearing back.
