The customer service department addressed my needs immediately and gave me credit to order a new bottle online. So I was able to get the product I desired without having to overpay for bottle that didn’t work. Plus the sunscreeen is amazing and this is the first year that I’m actually not getting burned and my skin isn’t clogged up from using other products. I love Bare Republic and recommend to everyone!
