I purchased this Gua Sha for my face and have been using it every morning. It has been so good at relaxing tight Jaw muscles, releasing fascia and draining lymph. I had a mild herx reaction in the beginning so maybe i should have started every other day but i am past That and i am finding it works great on other parts of my body from my feet to my scalp. I absolutely love it. Such a great value at $5
