First, I was disappointed. I placed my order, and 10 days later, there was nothing, no device. Then I got an email from GLO Ashley, who I believe was extremely helpful. Ashly made sure I got my order on overnight delivery; Ashly and the GLO team were more than professional. Great customer service It had something to do with FedEx. Anyway, I am loving it so far.
