Do not buy

My order shipped the next day and arrived promptly, and I enjoyed the customer-focused packaging, however my device was defective. I was told I would have a replacement part shipped out but that was nearly a week ago. I am in a time sensitive dental situation and at this point may have to just return it. My dentist recommended this product but at this point I’m very disappointed and wish I chose a different avenue. Multiple follow up emails have been sent with no response. I’m starting to feel like I’m being strung along until my 30 day return period is up.

I got a frist one couple years ago, love it but not this time , even the machine doesn’t have light on I was chargers them for 2 days
