I've been using Glo for

I've been using Glo for a week now, and honestly, I don't see any difference in the color of my teeth. I will keep using this product until it's gone and hopefully by then I will see a difference. So far, it's not worth the money.

Poor customer service

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have always bought directly from Gloscience. Recently, I had to buy my third control from you. I used it for two vials of gel and it stopped working. Since it was new, I figured it was my charger so I bought another charger. It still didn't work. I left 4 messages in the span of a week and did not receive one call back. I emailed and was told to go to live chat to discuss. I did so. I was given a form to fill out asking for receipts and proof of purchase. You will have copies of all my receipts as I have bought directly from you. I have spent around $275 just on replacement parts and gels recently to whiten my teeth and for months I can't get this device to work. No one will call me back and it is frustrating. All I would like to see is someone from Glo to see that I have spent more than the price of a new device with you and I still don't have a teeth whitening system that works. You sent out a defective device and make the customer do all the work just to make it right. What would you do?

Whitening bottles broke. Not happy. Two were broken and considering how expensive this was…: very disappointing
