I did like the glo lit while it worked. It stopped working after 4 days and I am unable to turn it back on. Customer service sent me a new one but that one died too so I guess I am done with this product. The only reason I have 3 stars and not zero was because customer service was very nice

I’m disappointed that I don’t see better results with the number of pods bought as part of the premium package. I haven’t drank any staining products like coffee, red wine, etc. I’m not a smoker or tobacco user. Please advise.

I dont know why I never received my packages and they just refunded without any explanation.

I just did my first application and it seems that my teeth are a little brighter already. I'm giving a mediocre review because just getting the product and my first use involved a lot of hurdles. I discovered after placing my order that Glo shipping to Hawaii takes up to a month. Really! I called and customer service expedited another order which I got in 4 days. I would have been happy to pay for shipping had I known. They said this fact is listed on the website, but it's under the FAQ page. How frustrating! Nobody goes to that page when placing an order. So when I used it for the first time it took me 20 minutes to decode the directions. The pamphlet is all over the board with parts of the process listed on different pages. No where could I find directions for cleaning the device. I finally assumed it was ok to wash it with soap. I now have the impression that communication and user experience are not strong skills for this company. I just hope that the product works. Time will tell.
