Customer service and response to emails is excellent. I'm a disappointed customer because I loved Flower Therapy and purchased Flower Symphony believing it would be very similar. I found it too heavily rose scented and the combination with pear and musk was way too sweet for me. Sorry but I won't purchase this again.
