The products were brilliant as always, but I was really disappointed it could not be shipped to my regional address. I had to get it shipped to a family members address in a bigger town and travel to pick it up. Other times I have had no issues shipping it to my own address.

I thought I was receiving a sample however didn’t receive it. False advertising??

The price is way to high for what we are buying. The scents don't last. Alot of the time you can't even smell anything of the candles which is a shame for the cost they are labelled for. Definitely won't be buying again, I may consider if the person who has made the products lowers the prices to the standard of what we are buying them at. Changes need to be made for those candles not smelling when lite. Unfortunately not impressed with what I've paid for. Too expensive and the price doesn't match the products.

I’ve had many glass house candles before and have loved them but these two smelt very fake and like soap, not pleasant smells. Not sure if they have changed the way they make them? I hadn’t bought these particular ones before though

Haven't received product yet as there was an issue with my delivery address according to Aust Post. Am waiting for it to be resent. Returned items were received over a week ago and have just received email telling it should leave store within 3 days . . . not very quick with your fixing and sending????
