The lashes were damaged when I received my package. There were loose lashes attached to magnets when I contacted customer service they wanted to know my invoice number. I wasn’t able to find my invoice number but I forwarded the original confirmation email from Glamnetics. They said it was unhelpful. I don’t understand how you can’t find my information by my name. Find by me I’ll continue to express my bad experience. $80 and lashes that look like they’re damaged.
