I love my Riki mirror. I use it every single day. It sits on top of my vanity and looks absolutely stunning. I did unfortunately most likely just have a faulty one and had a minor charging port issue but customer service was great and took care of me. I told them how not many companies make it a seamless process anymore so I appreciated everything they did to correct it. I have my eyes on the case for my mirror next! I travel a few times a year so it would be nice to be able to bring it with me! It’s become a definite staple in my routine and not going anywhere anytime soon!!!
