Great products and even greater customer service!

I have purchased Glamcor products personally and as gifts. When I had an issue with the battery, I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately. They were incredibly professional, positive, kind and helpful. My issue was fixed and it is clear the company puts the customer first.

I received great customer service this week from staff at Rikki. After taking many steps to resolve my issue and with guidance and patience from the staff my problem was resolved. I will continue to recommend Rikki to my friends and family.

I had issues with my light but their responses were amazingly quick! All the issues were solved within a few days and also received a replacement within few days !
