I have to say I don’t love this site and I always end up coming back to this company for my hair but… I’m wondering if there’s something different with the frontals? I feel like they are still amazing quality but not quite at the standard my first frontal was. That one I kept longer, with no shedding or balding and the last few I’ve combed less and they’ve been thinning faster etc… and the fact that you don’t have repairing services like other companies then a perfect great wig except for the frontal are of no use.

After I was dissatisfied with my last purchase they gave me a little money back and the next wig at whole sale cost it was very nice but I would only pay whole sale cost for the last 2 units received by them

Got a custom order made that took entirely way to long to make, had to redo the dye job, wig was not the customizations I had ask for in cap etc…, because of the coloring wrong the first time and then redoing, the hair was broken, dry, over-processed, the darker hair color came off on hands, clothes, bedding, everything, even after a good wash and rinse, quality of hair was obviously affected if it ever was up to par, I was offered a small portion of my money back but honestly The more I discovered about this hair the more pissed off I get that I spent my coin and my tine waitin for this damn awful hair! Honestly sone of the worst hair ive ever received! I used to back this company but damn I don’t know girls, go with some better companies out there or glam xten step up your pride on what your putting out instead if theater dusted and busted old rags you making people pay for!

They should change their return policy if you do not choose to wear it
