Alkamind really helps!
I'm a strict vegetarian whose tried Alkamind for almost a month, both the greens and protein powder, and I've lost weight. I haven't been doing much exercise, either. I have more energy, and feel good. So, I have been getting busier. It's just a matter of time before I hit the streets, walking.. My biggest enemies were sugar, carbs, and diary;without realizing the true harm I was putting in my mouth. Now, I have a veggie/citrus green smoothie for breakfast. I have a protein powder smoothie for lunch, and have a nice Alkamind filled dinner. The 80/20 rule has helped me with my inflammation due to fibromyalgia and osteoarthiritis. It's amazing how changing my diet has helped me decrease my pain and inflammation. I've gotten off my acid! Thank you!
