Not painful but loud so ear muffs worked great however I saw No benefit from using it.

The unit is way to noisy and I have not seen any difference in my being able to get a full hard erection from the treatment

I had some small improvements after first round of treatments. I am now on my third round of treatment. Some gains in girth but really not any better performance since. Don’t know if it’s my body or the product???
