You sent me The Rocket not The Phoenix. They may both do the same, but I should have gotten what I paid for or at least, you could have sent me an email letting me know I was getting the old version.

Thanks for finally getting me my Phoenix Kit I preorder back on 1-20 you did share all the problems you were having with production handling and shipping of the Kit I took a lot of we told you it was a scam .For I while I thought so too but why would they keep me informed about what’s going on with the delay’s anyway I didn’t lose faith Glad l didn’t.It just took a long long time coming haha Thanks a lot again,by the way didn’t you offer a half price sale I did pay full price,if sent second kit at no cost that would be nice

I used it and had three treatment so far I haven’t seen any change but I will continue for few more times and will be able to comment on the out come

It was working good then today it only went through 4 cycles and shut down for 36 hours? I must have done something wrong or did not move fast enough?????

I haven’t seen the results I was hoping yet. But I’m going to keep using it.
