I completed my 12th treatment

I completed my 12th treatment and can notice the difference. I mean it is remarkable but not amazing and I hope to continue with the treatment. However, as I understand after 360,000 vibrations of the unit it is no longer as effective. My device has already clocked up 240,000 vibrations. Am I expected to buy a new device?
