Product works will but you got to realize that it will take about 2 month to get good results. It may not work as well for folks with other health conditions, but for a healthy older guys it works well. Why take a pill that will eventually not work, and the side effects suck. The unit is well constructed, and uses sound waves to stimulate new blood vessel growth, your do the treatments for a month and then give it a rest. Easy instructions to follow. Plus if you need to tune up later you just do the same process. Finally no side effects and no more expensive pills !
