Canopy doesn’t do any exchanges. Very disappointed. I bought 2 bottles & couldn’t try the smell before…so now, just a waste of money for a good customer.

I have sent an email but have not heard back from you. I believe my unit is defective. Your website says nothing about warranty or offer any responsive reply to complaints

Replacement filter smells of mothballs

I have a problem. The humidifier has stopped working. The water level never goes down, it isnt doing its job aka humidifying. Ive taken phenomenal care of it so I think its unacceptable that a $130 humidifier no longer works after less than 2 months. Please help to fix this situation. My filter is only 2 weeks old and at this point it’s totally dry. The machine is broken. I need more help, thanks.
