My hands tend to be dry and alcohol based sanitizers only make them drier. I found Germ Bloc to be a great alternative and I'm not using as much of it as I would with other sanitizers. The lotion has a great feel and smells good too. I would recommend this to anyone seeking an alternative to alcohol based sanitizers.
