Customer service staff (Anna) was very prompt and efficient to respond to the issue of the unidentified pieces that were found in my GH Fermented Vegan Organic protein powder - Vanilla which I purchased from National Nutrition, Orillia. I have been offered a free replacement which is to be shipped to my home. I thank you all so very kindly for reviewing this issue. Throughout the years ( 23-24 ) that I've been using GH products I have never endured this issue. I will continue to use these great products!
