I purchased the Fermented Gut Superfoods, wonderful product! It works for me to keep me from being bloated. I have struggled with bloat since having my ovaries removed a year ago. I’ve lost a bit of weight too with using it, my body is working like it should be! The best part is that I am sleeping! Didn’t realize that my poor sleep quality(insomnia) was from the bloat/poor digestion until I started taking this. Just assumed it was from the removal of my ovaries. Love sleep!!!
