1- order cancelled due to billing address outside Canada. Although it is not the first time to order as such.Reordered after clarifying and received affirmation from customer care representative Sam; that new order will be processed. Yet nothing delivered 2- called customer care number and found out the earliest to receive a reply after recording a message is 48 hours 3-need my order before 30th September I am travelling 15770

All the bars with yogurt cover have been discontinued, and there was no clear explanation of why. Those were the bars I like and have been eating for years. I don't like the ones without coating so now I cannot buy your bars anymore. The response to my emails have been polite but very slow. It takes days to get an answer.
