I bought two bottles of the new version size of unfavor collagen and has been charged and was waiting for almost a month and i never received the pkg

Stop repeatedly emailing me with review requests and send me my refund

I emailed, requesting a sample of a product before I purchase a large tub of it. I did not get a response of any kind. My conclusion: poor customer care.

I’m not sure why I got this request to review – – I asked a question about The organic gut super food product a few days ago, and I have not received an answer back. Is this product available? If it is not, what is a good substitute for it? Thank you, Angela

I am very disappointed that this excellent pain relief product was discontinued. This product has relieved my chronic back and neck pain tremendously. I have family and friends who have used this product for many years. Could you please reconsider bringing this great pain relief product back on shelves as soon as possible ? Thank you
