I'm a an RD/nutritionist and this is the powder I most recommend. It's easy on the GI tract and not gritty tasting. I often combine the unflavored with the vanilla to get the perfect sweetness. When I want to add a little boost of protein, 1-2 TBS mixes well in things like oats or chia pudding without being bulky. Love it! And I have tried MANY over the years.
