Poor customer service No reply after 5 emails Paid for 4 creams Shipping Then customs on top of that Price is not worth product

I want to cancel my subscription and no one is helping me despite my many emails and attempts to contact them

I ordered 2 jars and one was broken. I had to pick broken glass out of the cream. I started using it and after day 2 my breasts were so sore. This was not a normal symptom for me. I had to stop using the cream after day 5. After a couple of days of stopping the pain went away. I never thought this cream could give me those symptoms. I was hoping this cream would help but very disappointed.
