The pad that creates the tension for the spin bike flew off in the middle of an online spin class yesterday! I’ve only had the bike for less than two weeks!! Someone needs to come and replace it please

Always go for delivery, as the pick-up service is horrible. I was told to call a guy and I informed about my arrival time. I again call 10 min before arrival to ensure we are aligned. I was then informed to call another guy. This guy told me to call another guy. I was performing all the coordination work on behalf of Garner. It took a long time before anyone came with my ordered items. Pick-Up service should not be an option, as it doesn’t work.
