Great Customer Service; Awful Courier
My experience was great—Julianna responded promptly and was very understanding and knowledgeable. I wish Gainful used a different courier however, as this one doesn't support any sort of notifications without creating an account and supplying all your billing information. Also I have a package room and a package locker, and don't understand why they would refuse to use either every time, instead opting to put stuff in a public area where it can get stolen.
