My thought in customer service was excellent and think needs improvement in better understanding on how place orders online.

Not only do I love this product but the customer service matches the excellence. Julianna was amazing with a delivery that never arrived and helped me right away. I love everything about gainful.

I previously had an issue with my order, I had ordered 2 different type of protein powder to try and upon receiving the product I try the first one, Low Lactose Whey and I loved everything about this supplement. When finishing this I went and try the second, Plant-Based Blend and let me say I was not a fan. Since it had been about almost a month since my order I didn’t thought that Gainful will allow me to exchange the product but reached out to them and see if anything could be done. I send them an email letting them know that I unfortunately didn’t enjoy their Plant-Based Blend protein supplement and I had 2 unopened bags and I was looking to possibly exchange them for 2 bags of their Low Lactose Whey. Within a few days Melissa who was AMAZING got back to me to let me know that since I was covered under the 30-days Happiness Guarantee she went a paced a free replacement order for the 2 bags of Low Lactose Whey. Melissa made the experience so quick, easy and so satisfying. I love Gainful and the experience I have experienced since being a member.
