I really enjoyed the taste of the white cranberry cores. I also feel they do help curb the sensation of wanting to smoke. I have stopped smoking now for almost 2 months and I fully believe having Fum has helped me stay on track. I was only a little disappointed with these particular 2 packs of cores as they weren’t split very well and it was hard to actually make 4 out of the pack due to they way they had been made. Other than that, they tasted great and arrived fairly fast.

Used the prominent to quit smoking. Definitely recommend the prominent if you are trying to replace a cigarette because of the extra groove. Felt very similar to a cigarette between my fingers. The white cranberry cores are my favorite. Then I’m the order I liked them was peppermint, black pepper, lavender and eucalyptus. Those are just the ones I tried. Wanted to try more flavors but honestly I got it to quit smoking and I have for 2 months and I barely need to use it now. I still enjoy it from time to time and when I have a bad cigarette craving, it takes care of it. Very pleased with this product, wouldn’t have been able to quit smoking as successfully without it.
