Sdaly I lost the wooden piece after only a few days. I need to order a new one. In the past when I stopped smoking I made it 7 years before mistakenly starting again. I had used lollipops and sunflower seeds along with the nicotine patch. the few days I was able to use your product with the peppermint insert I found it to be wonderful and allow me to stop thinking about the next cig I wasn't having.
