These small protein packs are super convenient, travel-ready, and extremely easy on the stomach!! They were a little bit of an acquired taste for me initially, but I adjusted after about a week or two. (I am very picky!) I love that I can grab 1-2 of these in a snap before a workout or after dinner if I notice I have not met my protein intake for the day.
