Can’t live without it now!

I use the Tri Balm twice a day and really feel it has helped my menopause-parched skin. It goes on really smoothly; an SPF version would be even better. If using the stick, it does become a little wasteful towards the end of it due to the nature of the mechanism used to push the stick up.

I am so pleased to have found Tri Balm. It is easy to use, handy to travel with and keeps my skin beautifully hydrated.

Unfortunately I have not received the order that I made last month and therefore cannot comment on these products. I have previously enjoyed using the Tri balm and was looking forward to trying the new products. During the last week I have sent 3 emails to your company trying to find out what has happened to my order, but have had no response back from you . It would be useful to know if I am to receive a refund or a new delivery . I have screenshots to show that my order was processed and was despatched but no attempt was made to deliver it and it was apparently returned back to you .
