Hi, My order was delivered to Croatia (Zagreb) on March 26th, but it has still not been released from customs and has not moved since then. It has now been over two weeks without any update or delivery. I have not received any notification or request for additional documents. Could you please check the status of my shipment and advise if anything is required from my side to proceed with customs clearance? Thank you.
